Washington has to be feeling the preasure for the college football playoff.  The weather is not ideal for a pass happy Washington team.  While the rain will be gone by kick, and the wind won't be as bad as earlier in the day it will impact what Washington wants to do more.  They got the running game going a week ago, but that was against a putrid USC run defens.e UTAH always plays fundamentally sound, and good against the run.  Utah on offense wants to run the ball and they're very good at slowing the game down and picking up third downs.  I think Utah has a lot of pride, and will play to win this game.  It should be a battle with very windy conditions. I expect it to come down to the wire.
